Who to contact
This website uses the trading name Complete Costa Del Sol. Contact hello@spanishhomesforsale.es about your information.
Information you provide
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and message. These details are stored in the website's enquiry system so we can read your request, respond and discuss the property search you have asked us to help with. Please avoid including bank details, identity documents or other sensitive information in the enquiry form.
Enquiry acknowledgements
We use your email address to send an automatic acknowledgement and to reply to your enquiry. The acknowledgement service runs through Supabase and sends email through our IONOS mailbox. Website hosting and storage services also process information needed to operate the site. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for property alerts or marketing.
Your saved homes
Your shortlist is stored locally in the browser you use. It is not a visitor account and does not automatically follow you to another device. You can remove individual homes from the shortlist or clear this site's browser storage to remove the saved choices.
Google Translate
Our language links open a public page through Google Translate. If you use those links, Google's service processes the page request under its own privacy terms. Automated translations may not reproduce every detail accurately. Contact us if you would like clarification of property information before relying on it.
Why we use your information
We respond to your enquiry and take steps you request before any appointment. For general enquiries, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence.
Retention and rights
We retain enquiries as needed to respond and manage the relationship, then review whether to delete them. Transaction records may be retained for applicable legal obligations. You can contact hello@spanishhomesforsale.es to request access, correction or deletion, or discuss restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may also raise concerns with the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD.
Questions and requests
To ask about your enquiry information or request access, correction or deletion, email hello@spanishhomesforsale.es. We may need information to identify the enquiry and verify the request. Any applicable legal record-keeping obligations will be considered when responding.
